How returns work
Reach out within 60 days
Email support@cleansafeproducts.com within 60 days of receiving your item to request a return.
We send a shipping label
Once your return is accepted, we'll email a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Get your refund
After we receive and inspect the item, we'll confirm your refund and send it to your original payment method.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Note: items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to post the refund. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, email support@cleansafeproducts.com and we'll look into it.
